Words cannot describe the feelings… and no way these images can either!

I’m So grateful .. words can’t describe. Teaching my first retreat with all of YOU. The most incredible group of women - one could have never imagined such a beautiful, open, honest, diverse, loving and compassionate group. you were all so willing to play, take up space, to push even when you were tired, to explore, to shift and change… to connect….. and most importantly ~ to listen. I am so proud and you have ALL inspired me to be a better version of myself.

I am still processing and integrating after facilitating my first women’s retreat… Connecting with sisters in Egypt. 14 women, 11 were Egyptian Women ~ a dream of mine to continue connecting with women all over the world, especially my Egyptian sisters in this time of my life.
