A Cup Of Hugs ~ Chamomile And Turmeric Tea
Inspired by Rita Balshaw, this tea is like nothing else I've ever tasted. Warm, soothing, calming, sweet, anti- inflammatory goodness. Give it to me!
In a Pot on the Stove, add the following:
- Chamomile tea (2-4 Tea bags depending on strength, If you use loose leaf you will have the strain)
- 2 cups Rice milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Honey
- Stir but do not boil.
- Remove the Tea bags carefully or pour through a strainer if you used loose leaf tea.
Voila, A cup of Hugs.
